Alvin and Nick performed a maintenance service on our noisy garage door. A courtesy call was made 10 minutes before their arrival. They inspected everything, checked all hardware for tightness, changed all worn rollers and lubricated everything. Our door operated much smoother and quieter. Alvin & Nick were very professional and were in & out in roughly 1 hour. We plan to have them perform annual maintenance & lube moving forward.

I have had garage door and more to my home on two different occasions for two different garage doors recently. I cannot impress enough that this company and their technician is definitely five stars. The office is very responsive, they give you constant text updates of your appointment and the day the technician is coming tracking to see when they're going to be there. They are on time for appointments and work clean. Often people forget to give a shout out to the technicians but Jerson was here on both repairs and he is phenomenal. He's very knowledgeable and explains to you everything that's going on and needed for a proper repair. So my five stars are just not for the company but for Jerson the tech as well. I highly recommend garage door and more to anyone needing any repairs or even a new door. Five stars across the board.

I was so impressed with Garage Door & More from the very beginning. I was introduced to them by my home warranty company to “fix” my garage door opener that’s close to 15 years old. Well needless to say the garage door opener could not be fixed so of course a new garage door opener was approved by my home warranty company. However, after further review of the garage door itself which is over 25 years old it was shown to be bent and cracked and in the process of splitting down the middle. After consultation with Jerson Benitez, I decided to purchase a new garage door system; it was definitely time for it. All of this took place on a Tuesday and by Thursday Nick showed up and installed the new entire garage door system with the new garage door opener, and outside keypad. Angelo was my service technician; professional, informative & personable. He arrived at 9:50 (was scheduled from 9-12), came in and inspected everything. He went about his work as quietly as one can working with metal and he completed his work at 10:40. Not only did he replace the broken spring, he replaced the other spring and he changed out all of the metal rolls for the harden nylon ones to make the door operation quieter. When I was a Field Supervisor, if Angelo working as one of my techs, I would have him train new hires and/or make him my Lead Tech. Top marks!

My car was damaged due to the incorrect set up. The belt was loose and I later learned parts where installed wrong. So I went with Garage Door and More. My technician Owen was awesome. He was friendly, dressed presentable and not looking like he just rolled out of bed. Throughout his time at my home he kept me informed and he went above and behind to make sure all aspects of my garage doors were performing at its optimal capabilities. My doors are so quiet now and just glide when they open and close. It was definitely worth the money. I’ll be using them to have my mother’s garaged tuned up.

If I could give Tony 50 stars I would! This man called me 15 minutes in advance of my appointment and showed up early! He was friendly at the front door and made kind conversation, just a sweet man all around! What was ultimately impressive is that I let him to my garage where he immediately spotted my problem, which was broken springs, and I didn't even have to open my mouth to explain what was wrong! He said I know exactly what's wrong with your door and descrbed verbatim the exact issue I was having without my having to say a single word! Now that's a professional who knows his garage doors! He replaced both springs because he explained that they are on a cycle and the other spring would have eventually failed! He reprogrammed and reset my clickers to make sure they both worked and listened attentively to my concerns about the door not working. Alvin arrived exactly when he promised, immediately diagnosed the problem, and corrected the issue (motor install). Kept the workspace nest and cleaned up any wiring or connectors. Was knowledgeable and carefully reviewed entire door operation sequence with me upon completion of install. Excellent job.

Owen went above and beyond our expectations. He was on time, found the issue and replaced the motor, safety eyes, track and chain, opener switch and cleaned up after the job. But the biggest thing for us was he had the replacement motor to fix the issue the first time.  That’s something that doesn’t happen often these days. 5 stars for sure!

Leaving this review before recieving any service from this company. I'm writing this review just to compliment Garage Door and More's customer service. I was assigned to them via my home warranty company. My home warranty company did not explain that our garage door issue was urgent (our family car was stuck in the garage due to the door spring breaking and we have kids to bring to various schools). Chris, who answered the phone for Garage Door and More, said that our need should have been categorized as urgent and, instead of setting us for a visit next week, as planned, he put me on hold, calleld a tech, and came back to tell me the tech would be out within three hours. That is great customer service and we greatly appreciate it! I'll leave another review after the actual service, which I have high hopes for.

Alvin & Owen just completed a repair of my garage door. One of the lift pulley wires jumped leaving an inoperable, crooked door. These two gentlemen were refreshing for several reasons. 1) Excellent communication. They called when enroute. While here, they communicated what they were going to do, etc. 2) Knowledgeable. If you have ever hired a repairman or contractor and seen the look in their eyes when they didn't know what they are doing, you know what I mean. None of that with these gentlemen. Solid, sure, and confident. 3) Pleasant to be around. Honestly, great guys. 4) Most importantly, they got the door fixed and then adjusted all aspects. The door has never operated as smooth and quiet as it does now. Alvin & Owen, thank you, you are a credit to your organization.

Owen and Alvin came, explained what my door needed. I had a coupon to have a maintenance call, but it needed to be balanced also. they showed me where the cable had a little slack in it. Owen tightened that up w the adjustment, checked out and reset the door to open and fit a little higher in open position. Also lubricated the chain etc…I was very happy w all they did. Very knowledgeable of the door system and just what it needed to bring it back to correct operation.

My garage door was not opening or closing, I made a call to get it fixed and garage door and more came out within 3 days. Jerson came by the house right in time and was very well mannered. Generally positive experience. I’ve had this company out on multiple occasions for aging garage door issues and my interactions have been mostly very positive. They are quick to schedule an appointment when needed and generally responsive to my concerns. The technicians Alvin & Korin are excellent and I have had only positive experiences with the guys performing the repairs. One negative experience previously was regarding a warranty issue. The office personnel did not take the time to resolve my concern and I ended up having to pay for a part that I had been told by my warranty company should be covered. On that occasion, I spent over an hour of my time with the back & forth and was left very frustrated.

Owen and Jerson are pros: two broke springs, drums, and bearings, on a garage door hung in the 60's. From arrival to completion was under 45 minutes, super friendly, fast, and professional customer service!
