We found the company easy to work with and professional. They helped us with the part of our service that was covered under a garage door warranty. Jerson was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable.Posted on GoogleDaniela Brown19 days agoOur landlord set up the repair appointment with Garage Door and More. The garage door was still opening and closing, but we had a visibly broken spring and it was very noisy. Jerson Benitez was the technician assigned for the service. I received a text message prior to his arrival to let me know he was on the way. He arrived during the appointment window, and was very professional. He needed to climb a ladder to access the necessary parts to be replaced, but we had a bunch of yard tools and stuff in the way in the garage. He kindly helped me move things aside prior to getting started. He put our belongings back after he completed the repair. He replaced both springs and the lateral wheels since they were looking worn out. Thank you, Jerson! Candidly, I can't speak on the pricing, since I don't know how much it was. However, we are very happy with the professionalism and quality of service received. The first photo is the broken spring (before) the other two are after the repair.+2Posted on GoogleJoseph SAIIA21 days agoOur door on the rental property was traveling slowly and the chain was slack. I cannot impress enough that this company and their technician is definitely five stars. The office is very responsive, they give you constant text updates of your appointment and the day the technician is coming tracking to see when they're going to be there. They are on time for appointments and work clean. Often people forget to give a shout out to the technicians but Jerson was here on both repairs and he is phenomenal. He's very knowledgeable and explains to you everything that's going on and needed for a proper repair. So my five stars are just not for the company but for Jerson the tech as well. I highly recommend garage door and more to anyone needing any repairs or even a new door. He did such a good job and I knew that I needed a garage door opener at some point soon. When I scheduled the work to be done, I requested Jerson. He did not disappoint, he had an assistant with him and both did an amazing job. They also showed me how to program my keypad as well. I would highly recommend Jerson and Garage Door and More!!!Posted on GoogleYolanda Tate123 days agoI was so impressed with Garage Door & More from the very beginning. I was introduced to them by my home warranty company to “fix” my garage door opener that’s close to 15 years old. Well needless to say the garage door opener could not be fixed so of course a new garage door opener was approved by my home warranty company. However, after further review of the garage door itself which is over 25 years old it was shown to be bent and cracked and in the process of splitting down the middle. After consultation with Jerson Benitez, I decided to purchase a new garage door system; it was definitely time for it. All of this took place on a Tuesday and by Thursday Nick showed up and installed the new entire garage door system with the new garage door opener, and outside keypad. I love supporting our small businesses and hope that you too will consider Garage Door and More for your all future garage door services. Thanks to the entire team, Sally, Jerson, & Nick OUTSTANDING customer service!👏🏼+0Posted on GoogleTheresa Holmes123 days agoVery fast and efficientPosted on GoogleKen Green125 days agoAlvin was great. He arrived at 9:50 (was scheduled from 9-12), came in and inspected everything. He went about his work as quietly as one can working with metal and he completed his work at 10:40. Not only did he replace the broken spring, he replaced the other spring and he changed out all of the metal rolls for the harden nylon ones to make the door operation quieter. From the moment he stepped into my house, Owen carried himself with the highest level of professionalism, courtesy, and respect. What truly set him apart was how informative and educational he was throughout the entire repair process. He didn’t just fix the issue—he took the time to explain what he was doing, why it mattered, and how the system works. Because of Owen, I now understand simple, practical steps for routine garage door maintenance, which gives me confidence moving forward. He was patient, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. There was no rushing, no guessing—just calm, expert service delivered with integrity. Frankly, Owen is the kind of employee every company hopes to have. I strongly believe Owen deserves a salary increase and should absolutely be used to train other staff. He represents GARAGE DOOR AND MORE exceptionally well and elevates the company’s reputation through his work ethic and customer care. If you’re lucky enough to get Owen, you’re in excellent hands. He was friendly at the front door and made kind conversation, just a sweet man all around! What was ultimately impressive is that I let him to my garage where he immediately spotted my problem, which was broken springs, and I didn't even have to open my mouth to explain what was wrong! He said I know exactly what's wrong with your door and descrbed verbatim the exact issue I was having without my having to say a single word! Now that's a professional who knows his garage doors! He replaced both springs because he explained that they are on a cycle and the other spring would have eventually failed! He reprogrammed and reset my clickers to make sure they both worked and listened attentively to my concerns about the door not working. If I could have given this man a cash tip, a big hug, and 50 stars I would have! If you ever have an issue with your garage door and have zero time to waste, want an absolute expert professional in his craft, and just a good, hardworking man at your house, call Tony! I'm writing this review just to compliment Garage Door and More's customer service. I was assigned to them via my home warranty company. My home warranty company did not explain that our garage door issue was urgent (our family car was stuck in the garage due to the door spring breaking and we have kids to bring to various schools). Chris, who answered the phone for Garage Door and More, said that our need should have been categorized as urgent and, instead of setting us for a visit next week, as planned, he put me on hold, calleld a tech, and came back to tell me the tech would be out within three hours. That is great customer service and we greatly appreciate it! I'll leave another review after the actual service, which I have high hopes for.Posted on GoogleMichael Bolling320 days agoOutstanding service from Jerson. I will definitely use Garage Door and More again !!Posted on GoogleJeff Cosner322 days agoAlvin & Owen just completed a repair of my garage door. One of the lift pulley wires jumped leaving an inoperable, crooked door. These two gentlemen were refreshing for several reasons. 1) Excellent communication. They called when enroute. While here, they communicated what they were going to do, etc. 2) Knowledgeable. If you have ever hired a repairman or contractor and seen the look in their eyes when they didn't know what they are doing, you know what I mean. None of that with these gentlemen. Solid, sure, and confident. 3) Pleasant to be around. Honestly, great guys. 4) Most importantly, they got the door fixed and then adjusted all aspects. The door has never operated as smooth and quiet as it does now. Alvin & Owen, thank you, you are a credit to your organization.Posted on GoogleHelen Rowe325 days agoOwen and Alvin came, explained what my door needed.
