Josh was excellent! I called when the power was out. He was here in under an hour and a half. Our spring was broken and he replaced it quickly. He took the time to explain each step and made sure we knew what was happening and what we were paying for. Will definitely call again!

I called Garage Door and More in a panic. My door would not open with the remote or by disconnecting it to manually open. I had a doctor's appointment early the next morning that I didn't want to miss. This all happened in the early afternoon. I called Garage Door and More (recommended by Angie's List) and explained my situation. Kelly said that she could set an appointment time for me early the next day but she would try and see if she could get someone to come out today. She called me back a short time later and told me she had reached Kori and he should be there in about 30 minutes. Kori arrived, diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. I could not be happier with the service I received from Kelly and Kori. I highly recommend Garage Door and More.

Jacob came out to repair our garage door that had a bad spring. He not only repaired the springs but after doing a due diligence check of all parts of the door he went ahead and replaced all rollers and bearings. He did an excellent job and I highly recommend him and garage doors and more!

Jacob came to fix both our garage doors. One wouldn’t open more than a foot and the other required for us to hold the button for it to close. Within the 1st few minutes he was able to diagnose the problems and tell us what had to be done to fix it. Also helped us with communication between our Home warranty company. He’s a class act!
