Our landlord set up the repair appointment with Garage Door and More. The garage door was still opening and closing, but we had a visibly broken spring and it was very noisy.
Jerson Benitez was the technician assigned for the service. I received a text message prior to his arrival to let me know he was on the way.  He arrived during the appointment window, and was very professional. He needed to climb a ladder to access the necessary parts to be replaced, but we had a bunch of yard tools and stuff in the way in the garage. He kindly helped me move things aside prior to getting started. He put our belongings back after he completed the repair. He replaced both springs and the lateral wheels since they were looking worn out. Thank you, Jerson!

Candidly, I can't speak on the pricing, since I don't know how much it was. However, we are very happy with the professionalism and quality of service received.
